Same. I even downloaded the BBC iPlayer app from iTunes by creating a UK itunes account. All you need is an unused email address and a fake UK postal address (I used a hotel’s) and choose not to enter any credit card info. Then you can download any UK apps you want so long as they are free. Now I can stream the BBC,

I just watched it direct from the BBC iPlayer in all its HD glory when it aired. It’s not that difficult to do. Cough *vpn* cough.

Her better, more profitable, option is HSN and QVC. Those places are ground zero for overpriced, ugly shit bought by the dumb masses.

Don’t worry, because he is not the leader of the free world. That’s Merkel now.

So what are data points you are using in your assesssment? Seems a little more than odd for a statistics major to cite their degree in statistics when you aren’t even dealing with actual data, just your feelings.

I was responding to your initial comment which spoke of “many artists” taking classic art and turning it into their own modern art, so I’m not sure why it’s relevant if Koons in particular had legal permission. If he did, then yes, he is covered and doesn’t have to worry. But you can only defend him on those grounds,

Putting aside whether he got (paid for?) permission, the form of the copy does not matter. It’s still a derivative work. I mean translations and abridged editions of writings are derivative works and photographs of paintings and sculptures are derivative works, so why wouldn’t a balloon copy be derivative?

Classic art has long ago expired copyrights and, therefore, basing modern art on classic art doesn’t steal income from a living person or their immediate heirs. Stealing works that are currently protected by copyright is despicable. Creators should have the exclusive right to benefit from their creations for the

Not gay, just adventurous.

I’m glad you are more comfortable with your “bullshit meter” than the FDA’s commissioned study. But I bet you would be the first in line to sue if you didn’t end up on the lucky side.

Companies do this for a shitty reason..to deny you cash payment at termination. It’s essentially saying you have no minimum vacation guarantee and it doesn’t accumulate.

Can I ask were you told the risks were one in 10,000? Or one in 350? If you knew it was the latter, you have Dr Reed to thank for that. If you didn’t, does that not make you concerned that you didn’t really know the risks going in and are extremely lucky.

Still, that sentence needs to be fixed because it just reads so wrong

Just another Weiss/Benioff plot hole

I love his natural Irish accent too. Check out interviews!

Did anyone tell Melania that they have state funded healthcare in Italy? Seems pertinent to the blessed part.

Maybe they didn’t even meet the Pope. It looks like they replaced him with Jonathan Pryce.

It’s supposedly Grandad according to Chinese speakers who understand what was being said on the video. Looks like parents whisk her away immediately and the little girl supposedly yells back “Grandad, Grandad!” to the wet guy. Age fits.

You can kick a woman Nazi out because she is a Nazi.

You know, if the school wanted conformity they could have written the rules that everyone’s hair has to be more than three inches thick. Force girls with straight hair to tease that shit out.
