That wouldn’t be possible. Efimova swam in a different semifinal. King watched it on the television.

Thank you sir. Coming from a failed comic such as yourself, I’m pleased with the non-endorsement.

Same, I was born super late (by weeks) and my mom said I was just in there building up my follicles.

Hey, jokes are usually funny! And relevant to what was said. Nonsensical blather, not so much.

Huh? For telling a story about raccoons attacking an old lady?

Also, they also sometimes hunt in packs..dude google that. They like to attack little old ladies.

A raccoon nearly murdered my Chihuahua. I too performed heroics to get the raccoon off but alas do not have security footage to show for it.

And no one said that it was something suspicious either. Yet that's the conclusion you seem to have jumped to.

Exactly. Heart attacks, aneurysms, pulmonary emboli. All of them can kill you instantly in your sleep.

You could still do that if the tracking system worked though. Nothing stopping you from playing it in the style that you prefer. But for people who don’t like to do that, the current state of tracking seems to be a real problem.

Unless I’m missing something huge from this story, she was neither fired nor apparently suffered any work related demotions after the warning. She was told what the rules would be and they apply to her going forward. So where are you getting that it was in any way unfair to her?

I don’t agree with that all, agreed. But the point is that saying the employee manual didn’t say something on day 1 of your employment is meaningless. Employers can and do change policies all the time. The key point for this woman is that she *wasn’t* fired for dress code violations that didn’t exist, just told going

Employers can change the employee handbook a hundred times a day if they want to. Your continued employment depends on you complying with rules, existing or new, going forward. Are you really saying that rules can’t be changed once you are hired? Forever?

Nothing says you can’t fire someone for unprofessionalism. This likely isn’t a union shop and in the US you can be fired for any or no reason.

Also, haven’t premiums gone up year after year regardless of the ACA? I mean, that’s what happened at my employer.

your words, not mine: “defenders of harassers...or spouse of one...great choice”

how did you arrive at the conclusion that being married to someone who does something wrong is in any way culpable or equivalent to a defender of someone that does wrong? Get a fucking grip.

This article sounded incredibly out of touch when I read it yesterday. After today’s amazing introduction to a very non-boring Kaine, it now looks even more petty and pathetic.

Yup, dress like a Duggar. “Modest” clothing combined with 10 pounds of slap and sausage-curled hair.

I don't think I've read an article where I've disagreed with almost every single point made. OMG, take a breath, release your anger (at what?), and laugh along with the rest of us.
