Because Dimmu Borgir is rad.
Love Garbage.
+1 NDA
It seems that, overall, Beverly was unable to rustle Westbrook.
The entire album is awesome, but I’m currently digging this song the most.
You betcha, Sally baby!
...that’s a fair point. BUT, this is the Internet and I will not admit to being wrong.
Football and hockey both have carry over from the previous quarter/period and they’re better for it.
You mean Durant couldn’t win with near-prime Westbrook, prime Ibaka, and Harden? (Harden wasn’t nearly the player then as he is now and may not have flourished if left in that system as third banana.)
I’m not discounting it, but I don’t necessarily but into it either. D’Antoni’s system plays a large part, I think, in how the team operates; I don’t believe the same is true for Donovan.
Getting rid of an overpaid bookend (Howard) and adding a couple of role players that (amazingly) stayed healthy coupled a coach that catered a system to strengths will really do wonders for a teams win total.
I 100% agree with this. Houston isn’t exactly rolling out a team of world-beaters, but I’d much rather have Anderson, Nene, or Capella than Enes Kanter or Nick Collison.
Remember how everyone thought Westbrook’s surrounding cast was just as good as Harden’s? Those people should be publicly shamed every day at noon until the start of next season.
McMillan is to the Pacers what Jim Caldwell was to the Colts.
The hiring of McMillan spoke volumes about the way he views the NBA right now.
Let’s not forget that Bird is A - a dick and B - kind of a shitty GM. I could easily see him just saying “fuck it” and trotting out the same bullshit, ill-fitting team out there again.
Some nice doom metal to kick off the weekend.
RIP Matt Holt.
