Who the fuck is Sam Wooley?

Wikipedia’s Deadspin page describes Up All Night as being “The last post each evening” and “featuring wildly diverse (and not necessarily related to sport) commentary”. Was this at one point true and the page simply needs to be updated, or is Wikipedia just being Wikipedia?
