I believe the test was about the options on Android.

Same as above. GitHub's Atom is just great.

actually it should have been obvious to everyone from the get go to use a device with the lowest brightness in a dark room.

Excuse me?

I kind of liked Ubuntu One more then Dropbox, and I've been using it practically since day one. Too bad it died this summer.

I shed a single tear for Pantheon

Yes and no. It is the design choice of GNOME, but there is still the option for a dev not follow that choice. The elementary apps do follow it, and what I wanted to point out is how that the elementary devs planned this and had a working alpha build out before OS X yosemite was announced.

I starred you, so pantheon could get another point... but please don't promote it as a MacOS look-a-like. That was not the intention of the creators, and not really a good way to promote something.

Don't use closed source "bigname" software on your local machines, don't stay logged in facebook and other services while browsing the net, only share/sync data (docs, photos etc.) that you believe is okay for a third party to "accidentally" see.

Yes, locks are used to stop others from stealing my stuff. You know what else they are used for? Letting me dance in my house, with the knowledge that the only people I allow to see my moves are the ones that I let in that door with the lock.

Smart Statusbar (Android)

I still vote for "Weather notification". Show you basic weather without all the blingy crap right on the statusbar/notification stack.

Random thought: I'd suggest the Atom editor

And I don't have any of them installed.

My personal thought are (as someone who does not have any kids) have kids if you can afford to care for them, but instead of "getting them the fun way", I suggest you adopt them. Why? For the obvious reasons. There are children near you that would like to have parents, why wouldn't you give them the chance?

'nuff said. (Also I prefer rooted.)

So... basically they turned ChromeOS to Android with movable windows and a taskbar? Remind me why they are still called Chromebooks again? XD

And it's kind of annoying that I can't edit my post, to fix it to: No ads on the timeline. or something... Sorry. I really am.

okay.... Guess I was wrong. Sorry. None of the screenshots I saw had any ads, and I did not meet them, so I assumed it does not have any. (But at least it proves that either AdAway or MinMinGuard actually works. XD)

Deat Bethesda, give me this with for Linux/Steam Machines and I buy all your hats.
