The one point I’d disagree with is that Fleury has ‘at least 5 good year left’. I’d say he could maybe be a starter or a 1A somewhere for another 2 seasons, tops, before his game disappears. Fleury’s positioning is okay, but he relies on speed and athleticism a lot, and those things are going to disappear quickly.
