it seems to be more like 20kph or 12 mph is a threshold. jumpy nyc gps and running might make stephen simulate over 12mph on his run and not count many periods of his run. I tend to get about .4km of egg credit on my 9km drive to work. i am thinking that the limit is more like 15kph though not 20 kph.
