Actually it is a System Shock mimic. This game exists in a parallel universe and keeps a “backdoor” open to your consciousness thru a black hole.

Tobi Wan has a lot of haters out there, but for me, as i do not really play DOTA but for some reason allways enjoyed the scene and the tournaments, i really think he was an enrichment to the entertainment in all aspects.
