Of course.  They will avoid paying any income tax and maybe just have to deal with the much lower capital gains tax instead.  There is probably a way for them to dodge the other payroll related taxes as well.

The whole “executive team is forgoing salaries” is a bit of a smoke screen. The CEO makes $400,000 year in salary but over $2,000,000 in stock.

I wondered how long it would take for consumers to sour on their business model of buying used cars and charging thousands of dollars more than brick and mortar dealerships. Carvana is the Ticketmaster of used cars.

Someone skipped straight to the comment section.

Exactly how many OE infotainment systems have you tried? The standard BMW infotainment system is pretty decent. Of all in-house infotainment systems, BMW probably has the most experience and longest history.

While not all of these shows may be to everyone’s taste, I see that as a feature, not a bug. Having different shows with different tones allows us to have a lot of Trek without them stepping on each others toes too much. If they were all too samey, I think that the whole Trek renaissance would likely burn out pretty

While the original Airflow was a revolutionary shape, it was rushed to production and suffered such huge quality control problems, the model doomed itself. So naming this concept after such a sales bomb, I can’t help wondering if they’re being ironic about Chrysler’s future.

Me looking at Chrysler:

Hang on now. You do not need a PhD to be a scientist. If he were calling himself “Dr. Bill Nye”, sure that would be a problem, but you technically don’t even need an undergraduate degree to be a scientist. A scientist, by definition, is someone learned in science and usually performs studies to advance the field.

Recycling is inherently good

How is having a PhD a requirement for being a scientist? It’s more that his degree is in mechanical engineering, which is still a Bachelor’s of Science degree, and as far as I am aware hasn’t worked as a researcher, which I guess technically qualifies one as a scientist, but you’re really just splitting hairs here.

I think glass has its place, today. I really don’t understand how glass bottles went away except for better profit margin on shipping costs, which falls completely on the manufacturers.

Yeah, he’s a “science guy” not a “scientist.”

The problem is Bill Nye was paid by Coca Cola to make the commercial. It adds an inherent bias to everything he says from this point forward. He’s only going to say what Coca Cola wants him to say.

Bill Nye is not a scientist, stop calling him that. He does not hold a PhD. He has a bachelor’s. He’s a “science presenter,” “science advocate,” “science personality,” etc.

The most “problematic” thing about this whole scenario, is you calling out Nye as a sellout. You go to great lengths to explain how coke has a huge problem with waste, yet somehow insinuate it’s Bill Nye’s fault for making a commercial. Bill Nye has done more in his 66 years on this planet to educate children and

Now playing

It’s not the first time. Remember when Bill Nye sang the praises of fossil fuels and “clean coal” in a Disney ride sponsored by Exxon Mobil?

Fun Fact: Buick has 4 models for sale in North America. (Enclave, Encore, Encore GX, and Envision)

“Yes, we still exist. Thanks China!”

Pathetic symbol to match a pathetic brand that’s so watered down it’s utterly meaningless at this point. But what do you expect from a company with one of the most famous logos of the world that voluntarily re-branded itself from GM to 9m.
