@Stoatmaster is Hedy Lamarr: Beat me to it. Beautiful, and old-school. Still made out of wood, no?

@Dirt Pirate: Ah. Touche'. But you see my point. Actually, remember the scene in "A Christmas Story" where the Dad is out changing a tire with Ralphy? I think those looked really close to these, and that was on a mid-40's Ford, so...
@Dirt Pirate: GM from the 60's called, and wants it's hubcaps back. Change those out, and I'll believe it
I'll back the GT40, BMW, NSX. I can even see why the Cherokee was chosen over the Wrangler, as it does look more like modern S/CUV's (cause most every modern one apes it, which aped Land Rovers before them). The rest, I don't really get. People like the new Minis because they look old and quirky, not "good as new".…
@McLovin2: I'm surprised it didn't make it either. I guess they just don't like pornographer's cars here.
@Glifted: Looks like you picked one from the year that Mitsubishi decided to put giant arch-shaped wings on the back of all their cars. The Eclipse with the St. Louis arch on the back was especially bad, but it's badge-mate, the Eagle Talon was atrocious. It had the same stupid-huge wing, but it protruded from where…
@Neener: Seconded. These cars still look great, sporty, and slightly understated. The interior on the other hand...
@Ron Erickson: Been looking for the "right" Opel GT to come up for sale for awhile for a restoration project. There's usually anywhere from 15 to 30 different ones on Craigslist, and 2 to 5 on Ebay at any given time. Most of them are more rust than car, but I'm still confident the right one is out there.
Lordy, God. Who let 4chan back in here?
The graphic for the 55" TV is FAIL. Should be 55" diagonally, not 55" wide.
@RX-Elise: Yeah, paint the bumper red, and it could be the Joker's new ride.
@justinw2116: Beat me to it. But another awesome thing was it was designed to these specs: "capable of being driven all day at 300 kilometres per hour (186 mph) with an exterior temperature of 50 °C (122 °F) whilst maintaining the interior temperature at 22 °C (72 °F)".
Wasn't the climate control system in the VW Phaeton supposed to be the best ever. I seem to remember that during the design phase, Ferdinand Piëch decreed that the Phaeton should be capable of being driven all day at 300 kilometres per hour (186 mph) with an exterior temperature of 50 °C (122 °F) whilst maintaining…
I'm gonna say NP based on the fact that it is in good shape, and there's gotta be a small market with a few folks that love these things. Hell, people restore Yugos, right?
Dietrich was driving.
@jodark: Suddenly, the popularity of the sunroof option on Chinese automobiles will quintuple!
Wow. That's the nicest example of an E28 M5 I've seen. Still, that price is awful high. I'm on the fence. There needs to be a "knock off a grand and I'll take it" option.
@carvelo: You lived next to a sorority as a child?
Whoa, I didn't know Fisher Price was making scale-models of racecars anymore. Cool!
