No. The courts have ALREADY ruled on this. This has been around since 2009. It’s not going anywhere - hence why the NFL/NHL/NBA etc. have waited until the last 2 years to form partnerships.

The courts have ruled that because you are not betting on the actual outcome of the game, you’re not exerting the influence that betting on spreads or outcomes has. Essentially, your ability to evaluate stats of individual players correlates to a skill, making it a skill based game instead of gambling.
