Considering how good Clue was as a movie and how good Barbie appears to be, I see no reason to be less sanguine about a Magic Eight Ball movie or a Rock Em Sock Em Robots movie (though “Real Steel” already exists) than I would about something like “Yet another Ant-Man movie.”

Yeah, I’ve always found the “plain chicken sandwich with pickles” to be a remarkably unimpressive sandwich, particularly you compare it to like “every kind of sandwich in existence.”  The CFA one in particular is bland (even the spicy one).

I mean, one of the main problems with Endgame is that they tipped their hand regarding basically everything that was going to happen in the Finale in the previous one.  It was a thoroughly unsurprising movie, which I think hurt it in the “spectacular” department.

Like the whole DCEU has been a mess and the brand is poison. But I think the thing we need to remember about the Flash is that the star of the movie was on a crime spree/reign of terror that only ended a few months before they started marketing this thing.
