If you need salsa as an ingredient for something else (like red rice) the Chi-Chi’s medium salsa is like the quintessence of medium salsa. Obviously not the best salsa, but it’s well-balanced, has good texture, and tastes like the “medium salsa” in Plato’s realm of the Forms tastes.
