After Grubbins on Ice, Costume Quest ends on a bit of a cliffhanger. I certainly would be interested in seeing where they go with it.

As a fan of Bioware, I also avoid the Bioware Social Network. It's among the least friendly placed on the internet. For some reason, Bioware attracts "fans" who are hypercritical of everything Bioware makes.

Are any of these games fun if you don't have many friends to play with? I don't personally want to add people on facebook that aren't actual friends, so a lot of facebook games I've tried before have been really lonely.

I'm not really ashamed about being a nerd. I'll happily compare and contrast Pathfinder to the previous five editions of Dungeons and Dragons, but I don't really like to admit my fondness for video games in public.

The only thing about Mass Effect 3 that disappointed me was how much the "fans" whined about it.

Can you build me a PC (complete with monitor and legal copy of Windows) for less than the price of a next gen console in 2014-2015?

Good. Unless Dragon Age III is only on next-gen consoles, then I won't need to buy a next-gen console until late 2014 to mid-2015.

I take issue with any Mass Effect 3 score that is not at least 9.5/10, personally.

I would say that quite possibly Rhianna Pratchett is more worthy of the Social Change award, what with the #1Reasontobe campaign. Whereas Ms. Sarkeesian is complaining about something, Ms. Pratchett seems to be actually working to change it.

She's right, of course. If certain people hadn't reacted so viciously to the suggestion that she will do a web series examining video games through a feminist lens (which, IMO, is a completely reasonable thing to do), and just waited for the actual series to begin and refute it or agree with it politely or

I'm not going to call it a "boycott" it's just "not buying the game." I've never purchased a fish sandwich from McDonalds, but I'm not boycotting them, I just think they appear unappealing.

Just because you're chaotic good doesn't mean you don't care about roleplaying. People who are committed roleplayers may find that Chaotic Good is a good alignment to start with, for your naïve character who will find his or her way to a different alignment after being hit over the head with reality. You can do this

I hate stuff like this.

No John von Neumann? Seriously?

Well, people will value their entertainment differently. In my personal situation, I have a backlog that stretches back to the PS1 and N64, so I'm not exactly at a loss for video games to play. So being able to play a Wii-U/NeXtbox/PSQuatro in the next 2-3 years honestly doesn't offer that much to me. Eventually

Because I would never buy a console at launch, any console.

For the most part, the only things I stole in New Vegas were skillbooks that were marked as owned (which I read immediately, allowing me to imagine I just borrowed their book long enough to read it.)
