Komedy! Now that's a funny word. You're the voice of my generation!

"For having a terrible comedy scene, the German Cringe scene is severely underrated."

Hm okay i'll buy it! But the banter is still very eighties to me, while you can't really tell when Alien was produced by just listening to the dialogue i'd say… Only the visuals will somewhat give it's age away.
Aliens just is a lot less timeless to me.

I guess i'm in the minority here, but i think the main difference between Alien and Aliens (beside the switch from subtle horror to action horror) is that the second didn't age as well. You guys seem to love those Space Soldiers dialogues, to me they always felt cringy in the first couple of scenes - it get's a lot

Oh, no, no, yeah, but, Ramon I'm not, I just, It's… it's not… It's like I don't know if I… I'm not trying, I'm not, I mean, I'm not.. I mean, dude…
Okay, you know, no, I know.
I'm… hey, man, y'know… Yeah, okay.
All right, uh, Okay.

It's a good recapture of mainstream success petering out, but creatively, this article seems to paint way to bleak a picture on what i consider "alternative" in the later 90's… Besides the already mentioned Color and the Shape, there was stuff like Tool's Aenima, Deftones' Around The Fur, the QOTSA debut, Placebo's

Overwatch? Really? I don't get it, it offers nothing new at all to Multiplayer FPS, and isn't even balanced well. I feel if it wasn't a Blizzard game, it would have gotten barley any attention and died in obscurity already…

"Conveniently enough, it allows players to sidestep the analogue-stick gymnastics Mass Effect requires to maintain a steady walking pace by implementing an encumbrance rule."

I'm getting unreasonably pooped that Jerry's now really scraping the barrel of late night people, and still hasn't invited Conan. Although i have a suspicion those two don't really get along…

She (as in Ellie Kemper) already had a really nice duet with whatshisface in the godawful later The Office years that i really like. I'm always confused by the fact that almost all actors can sing pretty well too…

You can't say that the whole episode wasn't funny, but yes, everything involving that "angry internet mob" was pretty unfunny, mostly because all the jokes (and the storyline itself, despite Titus' awesome voice) were on the nose, predictable, and just… lame.
