Hit it right on the head. If they’ve been setting discounts by percentage since the start, it’s a stupid reason to get mad at a system that’s been in place since forever. Lazy? Maybe, but there isn’t enough of a demand to set specific prices to do so, and there isn’t enough competition to make such changes.
