I’m all for xeriscaping when done right, but I always feel they work better for homes and families that have older kids. Younger kids don’t seem to mix with those types of landscaping. They can’t go out and play unless it is on concrete or hard rocks.

My mom does this all the time. I’ll give my phone to her and she swipes through. Jokes on her though, all I take pictures of is my kids, food, and landscapes.

I once had a slight inconvenience when checking in (for a business trip) that required a little bit of time to clear up. I asked if there was a room upgrade for free that they’d let me in, and they did, the room was much much nicer than what my co-workers got.

I love living near a Pepperidge Farm factory, we can go there and get factory defects or bulk items for pretty dang cheap. A whole bag (equivalent to the size of a grocery bag) of Milano cookies for just a few bucks, or a lot of gold fish crackers.

I built my house, and when I installed the trim around the door, I specifically nailed the crap out of the upper trim to anchor it really well for door gym purposes.

Once the Call of Duty games reach the realm of $15-$20, that’s when I’ll jump on them, I liked the stories I’ve played so far with them. They’re not overly complicated, they have some fun moments, and they last about 4-5 hours on the first play through.

I had Ting as well for several months, the service was good, the problem that I ran into was “bill anxiety” because I was afraid of using my phone, and the month where we were at day 30 of 31 and only had 3 minutes before we went into the higher priced tier from the cheapest one.

Wow, I didn’t know that Sony didn’t allow this. That is really surprising. I have an Xbox One, and I put an SSD in an external enclosure, and then have an additional 1TB hard drive for games I play less, or more of a “staging” drive if I am moving games back and forth.

I got my first MacBook Pro in 2009, and it came like that with the Applications folder in my dock, I loved it, because coming from Windows, that helped me know where an easy list of applications are.
