my first thought when i saw the length of the hose and yellow handle made me think DEF pump. a lot of gas stations have those too. it would smell horrible, but not as strong as gasoline.

funny you say that, there is an arrest photo for a person with the same name in georgia from back in 2011. current age matches up with how old the news article is saying, 34. pretty bad photo, but she doesn’t appear to be white to me.
