timing chain noise and it still runs? lucky you. usually when you hear that noise it’s because the chain guides are down to the metal and you’re driving a ticking time bomb that could skip timing at any moment. i’d probably get those guides looked at soon. the 4.7 is a great motor and in my opinion was the best choice…

pretty sure i saw that vw truck driving on the 10 through phoenix yesterday disguised as an SUV. same headlights and basic outline. or maybe they’re planning on a removable shell? that would be cool.

looks like KTM used rear shocks from their dirtbikes as the shocks on the front suspension. those shocks look identical to the WP units they have on their SXF lineup.

his budget is 60k, yet a fun 2 seater and an older SUV are not in the cards right now? i can’t wrap my head around that... older SUV/small pickup can be had for under 10k. that leaves 50k left over for something fun... am i missing something?

i 100% agree. first thing i did when i got my truck was ditch the stock 20's and put 17's and a nice healthy side wall tire on.

you could buy this for 15k, steal the body, sell the rest, and probably still be better off than trying to fix the tetanus shot you have now.

it doesn’t have anything to do with improving windshields. it’s just a way to help prevent this type of thing from happening in the first place. sometimes the best answers are the simplest.

i would be ok with that. a 10 ft. high fence on top of the center divider would be just fine with me. would also prevent random road debris that sometimes comes flying over from the other side as well.

ugh, screw harley. funded alta motors to ramp production of their electric dirt bikes, gains knowledge of electric drive systems, pulls funding from alta, releases electric drive bike, alta now going out of business. or at least until they secure another source of funds.
