There goes my interest in this game. It looked great; customization would've been fantastic too. Always-online kills it though; especially considering a large portion of the US still doesn't have decent broadband.

man, developers seem to be using WOW cards to get out of Always online problems, YOU ARE NOT WOW YOU ARE A RACING GAME, STOP TRIYING TO COMPARE!

If there is a single player mode, then there is no reason it can't be offline.
