There is something about writing notes by hand that helps to cement the idea inside my brain. Typing it just doesn't seem to have the same effect.

Barefoot running has made running fun for me again. I also figure its good practice if I am ever in a situation where I have to grab my clothes and run before I have a chance to put them back on.
