I mean, I didn’t like the “we’ll rise again” line. I sorta remember when and where I was when I heard it, and cringed, but that’s story. His work is still pretty good. And why the hell am I defending him? Dunno.

They defanged this adaption so badly it's basically a different story.

Trying to convince myself I’m excited about this after season one, and really struggling. All the best material from the comics have either been burned through with middling results, or are now so obviously tonally inconsistent that they’ll never be adapted in the first place.

Huh, with all this extra time that Wakanda Forever has now, maybe they can get around to recasting Shuri and reshooting all of Letitia Wright’s scenes. 

It’s weird to see MADTV’s Debra Wilson become a go-to mocap actress in video games. She was definitely the MVP of that show for me.

Debra Wilson. She was on (of all things) MAD TV for years, and is along with Phil LaMarr one of the best things it ever had going.

Just want to pop in and say that The Suicide Squad is the best superhero movie in years, and it looks like everyone has forgotten about it already, which is a damn shame.

I really enjoyed the Arkham games and the latest Suicide Squad movie, but I have next to no interest in this. There’s just something about the tone that feels off and rubs me the wrong way. 

Ok but just to be clear, the important thing is Doom Patrol was renewed for season 4 so it’s all good.

There’s also a little bit of that pure fun that made Flash one of the better aspects of Justice League

It’s hilarious how people who complain that the world is “too sensitive nowadays" are freaking out over a comic book character. 

Thank the GSD Patrick Schwarzenegger is in it. I was worried we might actually get a nepotism free movie this year.
