I feel a lot of the comedy in Succession is how ridiculous it is that the 1% hides behind being democrats like the Roys, worked for Veep too. I just don’t want smart writing wasted on the Trumps who have never uttered an intelligent thing in their life.

Bless this show. Can you do a weekly wtfn moment of the week.

There’s enough DC canon continuity stuff in Stargirl to keep me satisfied; I just watch this show for Sarah Lance, Zari, Ava, and the rest of the gang I’ve come to love over the years. Tonight was very solid; it’s setting up the season, and doing it well; I’m looking forward to human Gideon, and while I’ll miss

kill yourself

I usually say the Legends are hottest in their 60s/70s hippie getups, but I’m not sure we’re prepared for Prohibition/Flapper-styled Legends.

Great recap/critique! This is the only episode of the series I was truly interested in watching and I thought Beanie Feldstein knocked it out of the park. We all owe Monica Lewinsky a huge apology.

I enjoy my Tuesday nights--Star Girl and Beanie.

national treasure. LOVED her in ALIAS. i may rewatch ALIAS.

Joss [Whedon] was kind of like, “Hey, I want to give you this, ’cause the other thing didn’t work out. And you only got to wear one costume on Firefly so now you get to wear dresses and look really pretty, And while you’re doing that you’ll also be eating souls.”

No

“I believe that the ancients knew how to travel between both worlds. I believe that is the purpose of the Sky Tower.”

Yes definitely messed up. She's evil. Self-absorbed, hates gays, loathers the white trash, demeans Taylors mother. Tricks her into signing a paper that prevents Ann from being seen as truthful. Yeah, definitely messed up on your part.

What you call soulless I call a kid so closed off and so painfully worried about being a burden that he keeps every little feeling he has pinned tightly to his insides and blocks out those who want to perceive him in a way he's not comfortable with.

That look she gave to her phone when she was interrupted at the seminar was the look of woman who just realized her career was over. And she played it fantastically.

Not brutally enough when the bastard is still spray painting slurs on a public school. Ugh… I hate most of the characters on this show. Eric could have actually raped Taylor, and he wouldn't be the worst person on screen.

Timothy Hutton, a man who won an Oscar 35 years ago but is now truly in his career high.

Kevin showed true talent by being homophobic and misogynistic simultaneously. Great job with that one, Terri and Michael, he came by his idiocy, honestly.

"I'm gay but I'm not a f*ggot"

I feel sorry for Eric, Kevin and Taylor, for different reasons. But one thing I'm across the board on, their parents all failed their boys in different ways
