Most spawn times only last a few minutes and most of the ones on there are fake. Smart Poke v2 on Android works well around the new restrictions.

Runkeeper is my go to app for one simple reason. I can edit the route after my run on their website when GPS signal gets screwy and has be swimming or jumping over buildings. It will auto calculate pace and calories for the corrected route.
