Yakuza/Ryu ga Gotoku, anyone?

Hm? Shimono Hiro? Tsuda Kenjiro? Is that you?

They fixed the flying chair? Nooo... I was hoping they’ll keep it as a joke or something.

Ahh, I remember this place. Visited there with my family around 5 years ago. The whole complex is a tourist hotspot, but the atmosphere is quite like no other.

I don’t play Souls games so I don’t know who/what this is but I clicked this article because he look like he’s peeling some potatoes.

Wooo it’s EXILE! The format they had at the time they made this video is the best in my opinion.

With that kind of voice actors casts they already hired for the game, this is inevitable. The wall of text containing the voice actors’ names at the end of the new trailer literally gave me shivers.

Sounds better without the vocals indeed. The singer’s voice is very... thin? not impressionable enough? Someone like the R&B singer AI might make it better I think.

I was just randomly browsing for games in a local store and suddenly spotted Yakuza/Ryu ga Gotoku 2. I already played the first game at the time but didn’t know there’s a sequel already. Brought it to the employee/cashier and he quipped, “This is still in Japanese”. My 15-16 year old self just started learning

Watching my older cousins play when we’re visiting over their homes was one of the best childhood memories I have. Cousin A played Crash Bandicoot and I watched for hours while my parents and his parents talk ed about boring adult stuffs. Cousin B played FFVII and I remember seeing the cutscene with Jenova’s tank for

Same in Indonesian. I suppose they’ll have to come up with a name that doesn’t contain ubi or visitors from Malaysia and the neighboring countries will snicker every time ^^

Some of them like the main guy aren’t exactly inexperienced actors, I think it’s more of a miscast. Miura Haruma is good in playing melodramas but I’ve never seen him play a good action role.

I’m not saying bigger budget will guarantee a better movie, but it will surely help and if you’re comparing Japanese action movies with Hollywood’s big budgeted ones, something will surely fall short.

Well, if it’s a comedy I think anime-style slapsticks can work just fine; I know there’s a bunch of Japanese TV series that are stuffed to the brim with all non-sensical anime tropes and jokes played by actual people and I’m usually not weirded out by them.

I don’t watch Korean movies, but HK thrillers and cop vs triads movies? Yessh. I haven’t seen one in a while though, do you have any recommendations for the more recent movies? I heard they’re not as good as the older ones though.

From my experience:

No word on the PC version?

Just reminiscing about the plot and concepts laid in this game as I’m typing this makes me go teary-eyed. I never cried so hard on a piece of fiction before until I played this VN. It’s just so beautiful in its own way.

Well, the anime only follows the true ending path of the game, so if you’re curious about what happened if Okabe choose some things differently along the way and ends up a with different girl, then yes it’s worth playing.

Nothing too important, mostly just saying that they found their old DS while cleaning their room/shelves, and then praising the device’s sturdiness since it’s still alive even though some of them are already in ruins. Some people got the nostalgia feels, and some are amazed at how small the screens are compared to
