Idiotic troll alert.
Idiotic troll alert.
When one is irrational and depressed their ideas and decisions seem rational to them.
That old saying comes to mind, "The road to hell is paved with good intentions."
The road to HELL is paved with good intentions.
How shall I put this? The road to HELL is paved with good intentions.
Exactly. They are in denial, as they always have been. AS they always will be.
Amen. This is all too common for teens. Especially teens who don't "fit in" to whatever norms the parents, church or school have set for them.
I think I need to go get drunk...
It's a Christmas Miracle!
In driver's ed, a long time ago, we were taught that it doesn't matter if the lane is striped in the way you describe. It matters not to impede traffic. Use the left lane if you are going faster than everyone else, or need to pass. But don't camp there.
That situation seems very plausible to me. The red car wasn't braking to piss off the truck, though it is a pretty stupid move. The red car braked to get at the other driving riding its ass.
All you need to do is do what you think is right. Have compassion, empathy, offer support. And never advertise how good you are. That should be self-evident, yes?
I think what the author is getting at is that the knowledge that you ARE a good person should be enough without having to announce it because of what a bad person does that pricks us and bothers us simply because the bad person is of the same ethnicity as myself.
I'd really like to see these put up on iTunes or Amazon, because I'd love to own a few, especially from my favorite teams.
Have you watched the video? He doesn't look like he's resisting. He's scared.
Homicide is the act of killing another. It can be murder. Most of us think of homicide as murder. When is homicide not murder?
Then what would you call it? Death by cop?
Michael Brown was a thug. But he was an unarmed thug. Why the local PD didn't have tasers, body cameras, rubber bullets, mace, or tranquilizer guns is beyond me. But 12 shots and only six hit the dude? C'mon, this officer is a poor shot. He shouldn't need to empty a clip to take a guy down. Thug meets stupid cop…
A murder was committed, whether it is regarded as a crime or not.
There is a difference between federal grand juries and state grand juries. Also, you've lumped all grand juries together regardless of issue: fraud, embezzlement, murder, etc
