never heard of viagra. rogaine is used by women and men so i saw that as a wash

would you feel the same about urine and poop. both natural

is viagra actually exempt from taxation?

he’ll get the last laugh and a big check

his will show disparate treatment, not so much disparate impact. it wont be that difficult to do and will only require him to compare himself to a similarily situated female

so what if he was acquitted. putting him through an unfair process can be the basis of a lawsuit especially when his circumstances changed at the end, but not her

if he hasnt been convicted it amounts to defamation.

folks here are as biased as the system that rail against

you know more than the FBI? sitting in a rape trial doesnt tell you much. you dont know whats been precluded in pre trial and what hasnt. and of course prior rapes are something the jury hears about if there is a conviction. what state rules of evidence are you using

A far more disgusting article surfaced here over a year ago, when an Amherst college student, who received oral sex while blacked out drunk and was expelled for rape himself, filed a lawsuit against the University

no doubt black misery is entertaining to many. even when comedians mock a “slave accent” or make jokes about “beating you like a runaway slave” i cringe. but its acceptable and even encouraged in our society, sadly

he should at least respect his wife and what’s she seeking to accomplish. go get treatment since he clearly needs help

i understand guilty people do walk free. so how do we handle these matters ? we hold a blanket view that all acquittals are merely suggestions? how do you reasonably compare Roy Bryant to this, a public lynching and jury nullification. the eras, the actors and context are very different. same for Zimmerman and OJ.

i agree with you about the sole narrative being slave movies. a broader selection is needed but these shouldn’t be cut out or diminished merely bc of the subject mtter

they had never committed any “similar crimes.” stop the lies

where can i find this information

Nat Turner int just some slave movie tho. he’s a very important character in history who’s story had hardly been told, in literature or film.

wait, because he was acquitted you assume he got “the same treatment as white men.” have you considered that he was innocent?

both men were found not guilty. whats the value of an acquittal if we act like the trial never happened

I wonder if they are worse off because as a private entity they don’t enjoy the privileges of a public entity. lawsuits and grievances would be easier to bring agaisnt a private entity and thus result in a worse “record.” just a thought
