You can use a VPN to “put” yourself in a less populated region where the talent pool will be lower. It’ll try to queue you into a lobby with similar skilled players but when it takes too long to find them, you eventually get put into any lobby which tends to be a lower K/D lobby.
Couple of things: That TikTok video is not Warzone lobby, it is a Multiplayer lobby. With “players” that have default skins, calling cards, and weapons with zero customization. It is a lobby filled with bots.
