I remember when Earnhardt died, and there was talk of cancelling the next race. I remember Stewart screaming loudly about how they should keep racing because Earnhardt's death wasn't worth making such a big deal about. It was insensitive, but he did have a valid point that cancelling the race wouldn't change anything.

I don't think he gunned it to hit Kevin at all. When I watched it, it looked/sounded like he blipped the throttle right as he made contact with him. He might be a world class prick, but I don't think he intentionally tried to hit Kevin.

It's not acceptable to put YOUR cost of running your business on your employees. Restaurants need to figure out another way if they are not willing to absorb the cost of credit cards that does not include charging your minimum wage employees for the credit cards you accept.
