That statistic includes the completely justifiable use of deadly force so it’s less than 3% but let’s go with that number. 97% of shootings are done by other citizens. The VAST majority of Black people are killed by other Black people.

Exactly. this case comes down to who knew what and when. If the little girl is in the hospital there’s nothing the cops need to do immediately to save her.
