This might be an excellent activity to do with your 93 year old relative. Have them tell you the story that goes with the memory. Take a picture of each item. And

    Sealing your home can be a good thing, and it's fairly easy. But, for most people it's not a huge deal because the area you're talking about is relatively small. Also, keep indoor air quality in mind. A house can become too tight and then require mechanical ventilation; which completely defeats the purpose.
