Low interest rates, for sure, and people whose employment hasn’t been impacted by COVID are saving a lot more. I’d be curious, though, how many women partnered with men ended up moving out into their own spaces during the pandemic.

Get the jab and don’t feel guilty. People with higher BMIs are more likely to end up in the hospital with complications from COVID-19 so if you are feeling community-minded, get it because of its potential to take strain off our healthcare system.

Yeah, the “Spanish music” stuff was such a great way to illustrate the culture in Miami! The way people dressed, how Dexter went “out” (always in the outskirts) in the beginning of the series, before things got serious with Rita... I felt like Miami was a character in itself.
