I HIGHLY recommend the Darth Pleauguis and Tarkin novels. Not only are they they best writing in the SW Universe (IMHO), but the backstory on Rule of 2 and “bending” that rule really wrap up the inconsistencies within all the SW franchises that can seem fragmented.
