Most of the roads on Guam have gotten better over the last decade
or so. They’ve change how they paved them. We still have some bad roads but there bad road everywhere.
I’m from Guam and we don’t actually have a lot of speed traps. We may have one every couple of month. Yes we do have a 35 mph speed limit but nobody actually drives at that speed. Most people drive 45-50 mph.
