I tip 20%+ because I understand the struggle, but tipping is stupid. Customers are subsidizing the cost to run the business. I’ve been to other countries where they look at you funny if you tip.

My friend’s parents are still rockin’ their 2001 Prius around, and going on road trips. My 2005 got a new battery pack in April, and will continue to be on the road until it actually starts costing me money in repairs.
