I would normally agree that it’d still be profitable from name alone, but with 76 I think that it might not be the case. I work at a Best Buy and we have barely moved any copies of the game throughout the holidays, even though it was half the original price for the majority of the season. We also had a couple copies

I always thought the suit from those movies looked kinda dumb. Like, good enough for the time, but still not great. The eyes look off and the webbing is almost TOO big. Otherwise there’s nothing else that sets it apart from his regular suit anyways. They haven’t used any suits from the Amazing Spider-Man movies

We have never and will never do anything to change a headliner’s set. We were tipped off that something was going to happen”

It sickens me to my stomach every time I hear “video games” and “the US Army” in the same sentence (or any military). Like when they made video games as a recruitment tool. It’s manipulative and aimed towards a young audience.

Can’t really go wrong with it. I wasn’t even planning on buying it originally, just had an itch to play an online FPS and that was coming out right away. Even had the plan to potentially trade it in when Battlefield 5 came out. But to my delight, it’s been really fun.

Just because a game doesn’t perform 100% perfectly online when it comes out, doesn’t mean it’s “unfinished”. There are many issues that can only come about when tons of people are online at the same time. That’s why betas exist, and even then, that’s still not the same as when it comes out.

Well, for the majority of Call of Duty’s in recent years, the single player felt more “tacked on” than anything else. So I wouldn’t call it “half a game” because Call of Duty is largely about the multiplayer these days (even if you aren’t). So I understand wanting to 100% focus on that for them.

Especially that’s it DIDN’T portray ALL cops as strictly good. The people complaining about that aspect were the one side viewing it as “black and white”, not the game. There were corrupt cops and mentions that Yuri can’t trust everyone in her department, plus numerous other bits of Spider-Man mentioning things about

I do not understand the hate the stealth sections get. They are very short and they allow you to connect with the two main side characters. Yah, you play this to play as Spider-Man, and you DO that for 90%-95% of the story, why is it such a big damn deal that you don’t for a tiny bit?

I don’t know why everyone feels the need to always mention Arkham when talking about this game. Spider-Man games have been doing this kind of gameplay long before Arkham. There were stealth sections and combat almost always involved groups of enemies and spider-sense. The only thing I can think of that it takes from Ar

I don’t know why people take such a crap on those sections. They played well enough, gave me more insights into who they are as characters and had interesting plot details about the villains. They never lasted that long and they tried to add new things every time they did one. Maybe it’s just because it breaks up the

The main issue I had with the batmobile was the fact that they utilized it for the vast majority of boss battles in the game. It all ties into the “too many tank sections” complaint, but that part in particular was hit hardest I thought. The boss battles in the other Arkham games had some really killer and unique

To be fair, no other Spider-Man game has come even remotely close to letting you control Peter Parker the amount that this one has. You could add up all the time you play outside of the suit from all the other games and it stills wouldn’t even be a fraction of how much you do in this one.

I’d say the Infamous games were good at that too, maybe not AS good as this, but still very good. Don’t think I ever used whatever mode of fast travel they had. Saints Row 4 was also pretty great for that. Pretty much any super hero game where you can fly or run super fast (or swing in this case) can be like that,

When showing cops in a fiction such as Spider-Man, do you really think kids should be taught that the police only exist to kill and oppress? I would hope not. The police SHOULD be a force for good and displaying what they should be is more important in cases such as this, and to be fair, a lot of police ARE a force

Could not agree more. It’s a shame. Was playing it obsessively for a few weeks before I got to the true ending, thought the story was ok-ish until then. But after playing through that it just left a sour taste. Not that I was angry really (I was worried he was going to do that before the game came out so it came as no

I actually agree. It also made Skullface an intimidating character and gave you a reason by the end of it to be invested in the next games story. Then  Phantom Pain just kind of threw all of that out the window.

Considering that MGS5 was, in my honest opinion, the absolute worst Metal Gear Solid game when it came to story, not being a part of that isn’t the WORST thing.

The guy deserved to lose his job, but if he HAS been getting threats then that’s definitely over the line. Why is that a go-to for some people? End of the day, it’s just video game reviews. It’s not that big of a deal. Just like with the people involved with gamer gate, they claimed they’d were just pissed about

It may not have been as big a deal as some made it, but her responses to that person were over the line as a representative for a company. The original poster wasn’t being aggressive and at worst, was just being ignorantly condescending (since I don’t believe the intent was to condescend) and she jumped to calling him
