My number one tip? Go do the quest for the “hidden outpost” you get early on, it can be collected as a data drive from random spacers. Not to spoil things but you get a whole ass ship for doing the quest, and early on it’s far better then the starter ship. You get a few other really nice goodies too, but I won’t spoil

Part of gaming is the fantasy that hard work pays off. Hard work not paying off is the real life thing people are trying to escape from.

They nailed casting older Alicent, which makes them dropping the ball on older Rhaenyra more apparent.

A couple things I noticed that may not have been clear. Viserys seems to have lost an arm to his illness or he's hiding it. They never draw attention to it like his missing fingers from the past episodes but we only see him use his right now and never his left.

“They would just continue to circulate illegally, just like any other popular item that’s banned.”

Sure you did, Rambo.

Coming from a country with strong gun control (Australia), I have to disagree with some of this. The “criminals will get guns whether they’re illegal or not” argument may be true, but strong gun control reduces the availability of guns, the culture of acceptability around guns, and the immediate response of the

artificial attempt at garnering interest"

You said it yourself - this might be a cynical, bad faith interpretation. That right there is an admission that you know there’s probably a perfectly reasonable counter-argument that you conveniently omitted from your article in an effort to steer the narrative one way: the click generating, socially inflaming way.

You really need to take a look at yourself and find out what is wrong if this is the take you get. The exact same thing could be said for the cultural inspirations used in the locations for the first and second campaign. You are literally just virtue signaling in hopes of getting some clicks from something popular. I

Maybe they thought that dressing up in traditional attire of cultures that aren’t their own as white people would’ve been 10x worse.

This may seem like an overly cynical and bad-faith interpretation of what Critical Role is doing with this new campaign.”

Middle school shit except they have huge audiences and way too much money so it devolves into potential legal battles.

“Obviously what I did is wrong,” JiDion said, “but how am I supposed to do better the next time if I can never get a next time?”

FWIW, I think this kind of positional play that rewards tactical thought from good teams working together is what makes Oddball worth having in the game at all.

For dark roux, that’s not even advisable. You’d burn the milk proteins in the butter to the point where it wouldn’t even be edible.

That guy is HUGE!!!

Great topic for an article but this article is in serious need of some editing. Lots of run on sentences, poorly places commas and missing words make it really hard to digest everything here.

Yeah the throwaway sentence about the billboard really stuck out to me more than anything about the UFO picture.

This type of flawed, lazy commentary about Chinese food has existed for decades (if not centuries), and relies on overtly racist tropes about food—invariably prepared by minorities—being “unclean.” Take notice folks, this is not an old-timey problem. Just within the past year a Chinese restaurant in New York city run
