Other than the dealer not being able to gouge and the buyer misrepresenting their trade in, why wouldn’t a dealer want this? All you need to pay is a car prep who can explain the buttons and pair the buyers phone to the car.

This is bananaland. Making the truckers buy higher levels of insurance is not going to lead to safer driving. Unless you are an owner/operator you probably have no idea what the truck has for coverage.
