If anyone is in/around eastern Montgomery county (suburbs of Philly), Dave Owen's shop in Glenside is excellent. Great guy, great service, great prices. My dad found him about 15 years ago and our whole family has never gone anywhere else since.

While renaming the file does get around the issue of being blocked by email servers, it doesn't address the issue that most people are scared to run exe files emailed to them for fear of viruses.

Regardless of why the situation is what it is, the fact is that European and most other 1st world countries have a much better public transit system network than the US. I use O&O Free defrag. It doesn't allow you to order the data, but it's a great defragging program.

I am using Outlook 2003 with Exchange, and it works fine for me. They key to making this work is to open the message, not just read it in the viewing pane.
