I daily mine, but I do have a CX-5 (wife’s) although it’s not really needed unless we want to go on more than a week long trip, or of course towing our camper. I fit five bags of softener salt in mine. I think I managed four pages of mulch, which covers half my property. Comfortable on long trips, fantastic winter

Counterpoint: the fact that there is not enough room for anyone but you and your SO makes it better, not worse.

Even the NA Miata is well thought out and bigger than most people seem to believe and definitely not in the “one couple and a shared toothbrush” class of sports cars.

4 years and 100k miles as my only car, still happy with it. It really is fine practically speaking nearly every day, but its also fun. If you dont have kids, I dont really see why someone couldn’t have one.

Yeah it's a small price to pay for making basically every mundane drive considerably more fun.

Completely agree. I daily a FR-S for 7-8 months each year and somehow never have an issue hauling the shit homeowners need to haul a few times each year, but then I live within 5-10 miles of like half-a-dozen of these magical “U-Haul” places where I’m never more than $19.95+tax from a solution.

My wife has a Prius for road trips with our dogs and I have a Miata (ND) as my DD/grocery getter. For two people, it’s completely fine as a DD or a dog-free trip. The trunk can fit a full cart of groceries. The only thing I routinely buy that doesn’t fit in the trunk is the 25x20 air filter my HVAC uses.

I happen to think that the Q50 looks quite nice on the outside. The inside though? The interior trappings fall far short of its price point.

“We put a lipstick holder in a pastel truck, look how much we understand what women want!”

The reason flak and continuous ring projectiles are effective is that the wind does the work for you once a bit of skin is hanging wrong.

This gravitational effect is also pretty minuscule compared to the refraction index of the gaseous medium it’s traveling through.

Let’s see who you really are, cow drag!

Figures. Don’t they know Apple is moving to USB-C. This means they have to build a new ship or get ridiculously large dongle of some kind.

Let’s flip the conversation around. What’s your argument for having the systems updated (aside from lack of replaceable parts) ? They work just as they did years ago... exactly as intended. They’re perfectly set up to interface with the physical systems they're fine-tuned to control. Just because something is old

Re: location of COTA - racing culture builds up around tracks, not the other way round.

Or just buy a car with a manual transmission.

Get a manual. CHECKMATE THIEVES.

I live in three different places actually depending on season, the jag is my daily driver in the south of France so let me know when you’re in St Tropez and you can take it for a spin if i’m there.
