100% of the time I get away without a wanted level by tying people up. Just accidentally murdered someone by running them down outside town and there was a witness? Hogtie the witness and ride away. It's saved me countless times.

If they continue to fix /patch the game I don’t see how that’s abandonment. I’m not into Mass Effect, but a game simply not getting DLC isn’t abandonment. I remember when games got sequels every so often, and not DLC every 6 months for years, milking the same engine and characters.
