It’s a matte lip laquer by Broadway Colors in the color “Woodbury”... I found it at Dollar General for $3. It’s easily one of the best lip products I’ve bought in awhile though it isn’t totally matte, which isnt a problem for me but I know it can be for some people. Also pale (very pale in the dead of winter) with neutral undertones. Most products labeled as highlighters just don’t work for me... even just the “healthy glow” type ones from theBalm don’t look good. I’ve taken to experimenting with different eye shadows as highlighters and have had way more success.
