VOTE: Netflix

One of my buddies would open the Lifecam video feed on his 3rd monitor, and just position the camera to watch his office door.

@DharmaLab: We used black and brown crayons, so it worked fine. I bet if you used yellow or some other bright color, it wouldn't work, but with darker colors it works great. The only problem we found was that the crayon writing still looked gravelled, like it does on paper.

We've been doing this for years at my local temple. We found out when some crazy kid wrote all over the board and the maintainence man tried to clean it with a pack of kleenex. Worked great.

I wonder if I could automate this. Any ideas, lifehackers?

I am totally willing to help with a html/css/web experts page. Worth a shot, no?

Another example of the Lifehacker effect.

What is this tab candy of which you speak.

VOTE: Friends.

@Ucla74: It truly is great. I only have a PC and a Mac for testing, and I got the Mac free. (: But really, Evernote changed the way I store data.

Evernote is going to win this like Mint won the previous Hive Five.

VOTE: Evernote.

Problem is, my mother doesn't know her interwebs well enough to use this. Anyone know of a paper version?

@kazemizuhi: Just one more reason to jailbreak and go back to Backgrounder and ProSwitcher, huh?

@kazemizuhi: Some of my apps just restart when I switch back. Is this just because they're not optimized for iOS4 , or will they always stay like this?

Does the multitasking leave apps running as if they were in the foreground, or does it just suspend them until you switch back. Also, is there any way to stop every app from automatically multitasking when you go to close it, and only do so when you ask it to? Stuff like this was much easier with a jailbroken iPod...

@Zinger314: Tried it. He didn't like the interface, though it was meant for what he was trying to do. Customer's always right, I suppose.

@headclone: Also, my vote for WordPress was meant to be for the WordPress.org app that you install on sites. Not the WordPress.com online wordpress.com/xxx blog.
