@Sean Robertson: I'm actually quite Linux-proficient: this post came off a Ubuntu machine and I have administered a Linux server in my past and just didn't think the electricity bill was worth it in my house. What's the cheapest option that you use/what does it come with?

@Phoshi: Informations? (:

@Sean Robertson: Thanks for the love. :) I'll be switching, probably to Bluehost, in November when my contract is up. Would you recommend anything else?

@tuxus: Moniker.com has terrible ratings on WOT. Any reason why?

@TheFu: I really want to get rid of them. I don't like them either, but I have a few domains with them and will switch ASAP as soon as my domains expire. In the meantime, do you have any other hosts to suggest? Bluehost seems nice...

Throughout the past few months, I've noticed that if I'm on my computer in the hour before I go to sleep, its much harder for me to sleep quickly, whereas if I

Apparently dozen can equal 11 when you've had too many pesticides. Or are the organo-hippies still in 1st grade? (:

I just use Gmail and set it to "reply from address recieved" which will reply to work emails from my work address and friend emails with my home address.

@Sactastic: Well I still use it, I just hate watching ads every single time I switch the station.

I love Pandora, but recently, I've been getting video ads every single time I switch stations. Its quite agonizing, and thus I have switched to Grooveshark and use an ad blocker. Bliss.

Its true, I guess. Whenever Gmail dies on my Ubuntu laptop, I become isolated from my clients and coworkers for the rest of the day. But I have so many other ways to communicate with them (phone, Facebook, Twitter) that its not really an emergency. If I lost it forever, though, it would be a disaster.
