A layoff means that a position is being eliminated, due to a reduction in business, rather than a person being fired for performance reasons.

That’s pretty much impossible in Chicago at 7:30pm with all the traffic. The only way that could be done would be on the shoulder of the expressway and it would be a horrible risk of a fatal accident if a car was broken down on the shoulder which happens all the time.

As a dad with a 12 year old girl I have two thoughts on this. These dress codes are far too strict and far too focused on girls. I totally agree that the justification for not “distracting boys” is disgusting.

Very bad example to build that case. Carmax has always marked their cars up far more than dealers. That’s the trade off for not needing to haggle.

The thing I hate is games where you can level your character stats by reading certain books, but then they have all sorts of books lying around and they force you to pick them all up to figure out if they are one of the rare ones that level stats.

I just hope they keep it balanced. Too many games turn this into hours of running around and picking plants, mining etc.
