You just described 99.9% of current SUV’s. They are basically station wagons with a slightly higher center of gravity.

Guess what, anyone in a high profile position is going to have a hard time with serious criminal charges. It will impact their career and it should because their employment has the potential to impact how consumers react to the company/team.

I disagree. It puts money into the political machine. All those highly paid consultants, people positioning for that next job at a think tank, TV, or maybe Wall St.

I understand your confusion. Prosecutors in these cases often use the grand jury process as a “trick” where they bring an intentionally terrible case that they know will not result in an indictment.

They worked hard to use spamming campaigns to get advertisers to pull ads from sites like Gawker, doing their best to put them out of business. The review tactic is intended to hurt sales in exactly the same way. I don’t like your opinion so I will try to mislead others to put you out of business.
