I honestly struggle with VW. It seems like I should like the brand, but I find that their cars are usually a little smaller, a little more expensive, a little below average on reliability, and a little above average on repair costs. And generally pretty average looking.

The key is that the developer agreed to huge scope creep. The normal response is fine, you want single player we will need to amend the contract or create a separate contract for the new work.

That may be right to an extent. The problem is that the good and the average cops all pull together with the bad cops to write bogus reports that will protect the bad cops in situations similar to this.
