Non-cannon game? The events of KOTOR 2 have been referenced many times in other canonical contexts, including most recently in Star Wars Rebels.

The fact that this was not laughed out of the prop department when it was conceived is proof that there are not enough women working behind the scenes in Hollywood. 100% of the female audience laughed out loud at this moment in Phantom Menace.

I opened an article about white people being tanned to be in a Disney movie only to find out there was WORSE news waiting for me.

I still think about her. I always try to keep her in mind when I’m reacting to fans and the work they create from their fandom. She taught me a lot about what fan culture means to fan creators.

Yeah, lots of memories in there.

I’ll be 100% honest that I’ve only been migrating back to the site as of late because I adore Jill and her presence has pulled me back. But I do miss the days of yore on here.

Kinja was the big exodus. A lot of the Odeck just never quite recovered. Some of us had (and still have) some back channel chats, but attendance is low these days.

Totally agree it needed a set piece, the ending was clearly written for one, and feel flat without it. I do think that the dance scene was right to be cut though, because the Kevin character overstayed his welcome in the climax. It was already way too much about him when he was, at best, a bit character. So I don’t

For me the biggest problem of the film was that is relied way to heavily on the Kevin character in the climax, so I was very happy to have the dance scene cut. The character was a funny bit, but the more he became part of the main plot the less tolerable he was.

I know folks are desperate to recreate the Who magic, but can we stop screwing with Dirk Gently to try and get it done?

Was the point of this to totally and completely confuse? I thought this was real (and I was mad, because who in god’s name is actually looking forward to this lame, lazy idea of a film?), then I thought it was a joke (and felt bad for being so offended) because clearly the last thing Doc Brown needs is a goddamn

I’m less disappointed that there IS a story about a box for some toys that aren’t even on display in said article than the fact that I actually clicked the link. I am what I hate most in the world.

Another assumption. Maybe you don’t know how to make an argument without attributing fake feeling or opinions to the other person. Oh well. Not my issue.

Baseless assumptions about people on the internet are not a great way to pursued people or engage in conversation.

Wolverine got most of it’s fanbase NOT being R, so there is no SHOULD in this equation, only WANT. Now I totally agree that it is shitty that a guy with sword hands cuts into people and we get to pretend that’s not bloody murder, so of course and R does make sense for the character. But on the list of things the next

I’m pretty sure you had to miss the point of my post pretty hard to think I said their was no reason for the film to have and R rating. I said comics were sold to literal children, and I feel like you took offence at that. I’ve read comics all my life, and still do, and don’t take offence at the fact that the first

It comes down to the fact that Deadpool did well because it had a REASON to be rated R. The things about it that were good and appealing to such a large audience could only be done with a hard R.

How does Fox miss the point every single time. Deadpool did not rake in the monies because it was R. It was something new in a genre people thought was starting to get stale.

Not sure what you’re asking. If you are saying you did high school debate and had well fitting clothes, then you and I are in the same club. But there was a particular brand of forensic competitors who always talked with a squint, waved their arms around like they were trying to summon demons from thin air, and had

Purposefully buying clothes just a little too big for you is actually a strategy for high school debate weasels like him. I debated against half a dozen dudes with the same hair and the same suit that looked like it belonged to their much larger dad. I don’t know what they thought they were saying to the judges with
