"Get Schwifty"!

I wouldn't say A (some of the jokes could have been punchier) but definitely A-/B+. Love how they're not pandering to anyone even as the show becomes exponentially more popular.

I don't think it's the same joke - in fact, my theory is that Rick actually learned from the butter robot and made sure to program an override to existential crises.

"becoming"
Morty randomly turning into a car is when I started making sure to watch the after credit scenes.

The Suburbs is the only album I've really connected with on a deeper level (I have a similar thing with Radiohead and In Rainbows)

I hope the National get BNM again (I feel like getting it four studio albums in a row would be a record, and a much deserved one)

Sometimes? I'm not even gonna visit this site once it switches to Kinja - the comment sections are barely doing it for me anymore, and the genuinely great reviews are few and far between.

The show as a whole has loooong matured past that as far as I can tell.

The backlash is already beginning as more and more edgelords jump on the Rick and Morty train :(

It looks absolutely stunning, but if it's as bad as the excerpts of the book then man it's going to suck.

congrats on Dunkirk! That movie was incredible.

"Sinking transport ships set the sea aflame, and sudsy sea foam comes in with the tide, as though the Earth were trying to wash a very human mess off the beach."

Lovett or Leave It is super inconsistent, but at least they get their sound mixing right.

I hope this is true actually :P

The AV Club seems to be getting back on track with these reviews - they're all very good and of bands that deserve the exposure. Yay!

I hadn't heard of them before discovering "We Lost Everything", which is an incredible tune.

A National album and BoJack on the same day. Christ.

I would love to see a transgender comedian! There are so many inherently funny things about the trans experience that a Tig Notaro-esque figure could potentially make into great comedy.

It's also apparently 106 minutes, which is ridiculously short by modern summer blockbuster standards. Though that's also just another reason I'm looking forward to seeing it - it'll be interesting to see Nolan doing a shorter film, and it's bound to look incredibly pretty (cinematographer also did Her)

That's kind of a funny joke in itself, though.
