THE CHEAT IS OVERWHELMED!

The "Strong Bad Sings" album did that, actually.

I always felt that way about Seth (when he creepily stared into the camera between jokes), but at least his delivery was usually funny. Colin is kind of awful. I do like Cecily though.

That will always be one of my all-time favorite comments.

(I know this comment is 5 months old but the exact version used in the show is now on iTunes and Spotify, and it's called "Serpents (Basement).")

I completely agree with you. That's why I want more songs like Blank Slate and Sea of Love.
(I think "Davy" is referring to Matt himself though, because he's singing about how he feels smaller and smaller without his girl, and he can only be with Carin forty five percent of the time.)

More Blank Slate and less I Need My Girl would be awesome.

I always forget how polarizing the National are until I read this comments, because i love them.

Not sure when it's coming on Netflix, but it's going to be on VOD so maybe you can watch it there.

I thought it was the Beacon.

Also "My head is a buzzing three star hotel", which might be one of my personal favorite Matt lyrics. It works for me because the whole song is about Matt's social anxiety and that particular lyric is saying that he thinks he needs to be sharp and a quick thinker, and he's trying, but his head is not fast enough.

I haven't seen Juno, but yeah Young Adult was just brilliant dark comedy from beginning to end. Charlize Theron is great in that movie and Patton Oswalt should have gotten nominated for an Oscar.

It's a euphemism?!

Yay someone shouting out Young Adult. that was a fantastic movie.

YESYESYESYESYESYESYES.
This is the kind of comment I want to see on the AV Club's music section. Colloquial but informative and insightful. And also it's about time that someone shouted out Little as one of the reasons why the song works and why Pure Heroine is as good as it is.

The result of that would basically be Miami 2017.

That was my immediate favorite but lately I've been liking "400 Lux" a lot. It's the most upbeat song on the album but it's also gorgeous.

I would love to see a story where Phil Collins is God though.

YOU'RE WINNER.

Everyone is afraid to say it, but Quantity Wallis…
